Many parents want to agree a parenting plan that works for their family without the need for court or mediation. This course is designed to help these couples identify the key points they need to consider and to highlight approaches that can help both parents manage the plan into the future.

The session will introduce the CAFCASS parenting plan template and talk about some of the main issues to consider. The course will conclude by looking at approaches to managing the plans in the real world.

The courses run for approximately 1 hour and is delivered online by one of our expert mediators.
