- Tamsin Roques – Manager of the Family Court Support Service and Domestic Abuse Service at Norfolk Community Law Service, bringing deep insight into the challenges faced by vulnerable court users and how McKenzie Friends can help.
The session will cover:
- What McKenzie Friends are and the limits of their role.
- When and how families may benefit from their support.
- The risks and responsibilities involved.
- How McKenzie Friends interact with mediators, solicitors, and court services.
- Case examples from Norfolk Community Law Service.
