Jamie brings over 15 years of experience in communications, content creation and storytelling, with a career built around causes she believes in. Currently Press Officer at World Horse Welfare, Jamie has spent much of her career in the charity sector, including as Strategic Communications Manager at FitzRoy, a social care charity supporting people with learning disabilities, autism and mental health conditions.
With a background that also spans agribusiness through her time at Savills, Jamie has a broad understanding of rural communities and the people within them. She holds a BA (Hons) in English Language and Literature from the University of Nottingham.
Jamie's connection to the Trust goes beyond her professional skills — she has personal experience of the Trust's services as a former service user, giving her an insight into the difference the Trust makes that no job title can replicate. Based in the Greater Norwich area, Jamie brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her role as trustee.
