Accredited family mediator, ppc and trainer. Also an Assessor for the Family Mediation Council. Adrian has focussed much of the last 20 years developing mediators, mediation practices and mediation standards. He is currently a member of the College of Mediators and sits on their Professional Standards Committee.
He trained in forensic mediation and spearheaded the innovative Northants Reparation Bureau. He became an external consultant for Northants Police and their hostage negotiation consultant for seven years, during which time he became an accredited civil & commercial mediator with ADR.
Having already become an accredited family mediator, supervisor and trainer with the FMA and Resolution, Adrian has focussed much of the last twenty years training and developing hundreds of mediators and supervisors in the UK and in countries such as Belarus, Ireland, Portugal, Slovenia and Ukraine, including the most senior members of the legal profession. He was the lead trainer in the ADR Bar Council partnership and is recognised as an approved trainer of The College of Mediators and an accredited trainer of the Family Mediation Council (FMC) for Child Inclusive Mediation. He has been an assessor for the FMC since 1998.
In 2018 Adrian developed The Full Individual Child Information model for family mediators and lawyers and in 2020 qualified as a sports intermediary at Loughborough University.
