Description

Course Length: 5 hours

CPD Points: 5

We’re not just mediators, we’re people. We each have our own thoughts and experiences that make us different from everyone else, and while this is a good thing it is important to understand how it may affect how you conduct your mediation practices.

What this course will offer you:

  • Different processes in assessing and understanding who you are as a mediator
  • Advice on how you can focus your trainings, delivery, and practices to deliver an improved service that works best for your own personality
  • An exploration of the conflict between different personality types and how this impacts client interactions with you as a mediator

This course will be run by our very own Adrian Wright – accredited family mediator, supervisor, and former trainer with the FMA and Resolutions. Adrian is highly experienced as a leading trainer, as he has focused much of the last 20 years on training and developing mediators and supervisors.
