  • The family mediation process
  • Who can undertake family mediation
  • Legal aid support
  • The role of family mediation, before, during and after court proceedings
  • What cases mediation is most effective at supporting
  • Options for referral of cases

The session is interactive and provides opportunities to discuss any of the topics and how they relate to the clients and families you work with.

The session will be run by Michael Mack, FMC Standards Board and CEO of The Family Mediation Trust, and Rebecca Sewell one of the services accredited mediators.

The course will be run on TEAMs. Simply register on this link and the session link will be sent to you the day before the start date.
