Description

The key focus of the session will be to enable partner to catch-up with each other and to find out how we can better work with each other. Additional topics we will cover are:

  1. The Increasing role of a range of ADR options for keeping cases out of the courts. This will include exploring the growing importance of mediation as an effective approach for resolving disputes and promoting healthier outcomes for separating families and the rise in prevalence of the One Lawyer Two-Client Model. This will be led by myself and Sue Bailey from FM Family Law.
  2. 44% of children in separated families live in poverty; are we doing enough? Open discussions around the issues affecting children in deprivation in Norfolk and to explore the various tools and resources available to assist individuals with limited financial means who are going through a separation.
